Shipping policy
Orders are processed daily until 12:00 P.M. from Monday to Saturday, all orders placed after 12:00 noon, on weekends, and during holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with an order tracking number, which will be indicated in the confirmation or acknowledgment email that will be sent to you. You may check your order status with the order tracking number provided to you. Your orders will be prepared for shipping once they have been processed. Cash-On-Deliver (COD) transactions will be processed within 5–10 business days and may be tracked by going to the shipping page.
Giordano.ph operates only in the Philippines; deliveries to addresses outside of the country will not be processed. All orders with a minimum total of PHP 3,000 are delivered free of charge. Orders are sealed and delivered within 10 days of placement, except in cases of force majeure and fortuitous events.
