Accepted Payment Methods

Giordano.ph accepts the following payment methods:

1. Credit Card (via PayPal)

• Payments made through credit cards will be processed via PayPal.
• Your card will be pre-authorized at the time of order placement.
• Payment will be deducted from your card once the order has been processed and the confirmation email has been sent.

2. Secured payments via PayMongo

Customers may pay any of the following options:

• E-wallets : Gcash,Grab pay,Maya
• Online Banking: BDO, BPI, Landbank,Metrobank,Unionbank
• Buy now Pay Later : Billease

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available NATIONWIDE.

4. Store Credit

• Customers may opt to pay using store credit, if applicable.

Account Security & Fraud Prevention

• Giordano.ph reserves the right to reject, delay, or cancel orders if any information provided by the customer is suspected to be fraudulent.
• Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to, using stolen credit cards or PayPal accounts to complete purchases.
• If an order is flagged as fraudulent, a refund of the balance amount will be issued after deducting applicable and necessary expenses, subject to applicable laws and transaction terms.
• Customers identified for fraudulent activity will be blacklisted, and future orders will not be processed.
