Processing & Order Handling

• Orders are processed daily until 12:00 P.M. (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed after 12:00 noon, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has been processed, an order tracking number will be provided in the confirmation or acknowledgment email.
• You may check your order status using the order tracking number provided.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be prepared for shipping once processed.
• Cash-On-Delivery (COD) transactions will be processed within 5–10 business days and may be tracked through the shipping page.
• Giordano.ph operates only in the Philippines—orders with delivery addresses outside the country will not be processed.
• Orders with a minimum total of PHP 3,000 qualify for free delivery.
• Orders are sealed and delivered within 10 days of placement, except in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.
